Returns Policy

We take pride in our customer service and therefore stand behind our products with a 30-day return policy. This means all massage chairs or accessories purchased directly from Wonder Massage Chairs Inc. can be returned within 30 days of receipt.


How? By following these few simple steps, your return can be done in an easy and simple manner.

    1. A RMA- Return Merchandise Authorization number is required to make your return a smooth process.
    2. Email us at and provide your order number and the item(s) you would like to return to obtain your RMA.
      • Please note: RMAs are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
    3. The RMA number must be noted on the outside of the returned product boxes.
      • Products must be received in the condition it was received- in its original boxes, with all of the original packaging, parts and accessories.
      • Should the chair be missing parts/accessories or has been damaged in any way (e.g., scratches, scuffs, spots, stains, odors, etc.), the customer is responsible and may be liable for additional fees.
      • Should the customer return the product to Wonder Massage Chairs without an RMA from us or beyond the 30-day period, Wonder Massage Chairs retains the right to decline delivery of the returned product.

    The customer will be responsible for:

      1. Shipping and handling.
      2. Prepayment of all shipping charges.
      3. All risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Wonder Massage Chairs. (Ideally, pictures and videos should be taken of your product before having it packed and shipped).

      Wonder Massage Chairs will replace the returned product with a new replacement unit or issue a refund at the customer's preference; however, refund or replacement will only be initiated after the returned product is received and inspected by our returns center.


      Once Wonder Massage Chairs receives the returned product and finds that it meets the requirements listed above, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment less the original shipping charge. All products are subject to a restocking and inspection fee of 15% of the original purchase price. Please allow three to five weeks for the refund to be processed.


      Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

      Cancellations & Refunds:

      All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $50 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
